The Process
Once you sign up, we'll assign you a specific boutique along with a set day and time to visit — usually on a weekend when shops are at their busiest.
Before your visit, you'll receive a gift card to use during your shopping experience — so you can shop naturally, just like any other customer.
Head to your assigned boutique on the suggested day and time. Browse, ask questions, and take in the full experience without revealing your role.
After your visit, fill out a short, straightforward form sharing your honest impressions — what felt great and what could be better.
Weekend visits are especially valued — Saturday and Sunday give boutiques the most useful picture of their peak shopping experience.
